How It Works
- If you’re within ~25 miles, return to the original repair facility (us).
- If you’re farther away, call 877-252-4609 before any repairs for instructions.
- Bring your original repair invoice to validate coverage.
- The administrator will direct you to a participating shop for diagnosis and approval.
Eligibility & Exclusions (Summary)
- Coverage applies only to qualifying repairs installed at participating shops while enrolled.
- Original purchaser only; invoice must be paid in full.
- Not covered: engine/transmission/differential internals, clutches, batteries, tires, body/paint/glass, preventive maintenance, used or customer-supplied parts, and certain commercial vehicles over 1½-ton (GVWR > 16,000 lbs).
- Limited to the failed part listed on the original invoice, related labor, and tax, up to the original repair amount (no incidental or consequential damages).
