Do you offer warranty repairs on work done at another TechNet location?
Yes! If the original repair was performed at any TechNet Professional shop and it’s still within the 24-month/24,000-mile warranty period, we can handle the warranty repair for you here at New Jersey Auto & Truck. Just bring in your invoice and we’ll take care of the rest.
What types of repairs are covered by?
Most parts and labor repairs related to your vehicle’s performance are covered — including brakes, suspension, diagnostics, electrical, engine repairs, and more. Coverage applies to both gas and diesel vehicles.
Is the Warranty valid nationwide?
Absolutely. The warranty is honored at over 15,000 shops across North America. If you break down while traveling, you’re still protected.
Do I need to register for coverage?
No registration required. If your qualifying repair was performed at a TechNet shop like ours, the warranty is automatically included. Just keep your invoice as proof of service.
Is Roadside Assistance included with every repair?
Yes — Roadside Assistance is included with most qualifying repairs. You’re covered up to $150 per year for jump starts, lockouts, flat tire assistance, towing, and more.
What happens if I break down far from home?
If you’re more than 100 miles from home and your trip is interrupted due to a covered repair failure, Trip Interruption Coverage may reimburse you for meals and lodging — up to $250 once per year. It’s included as part of your Nationwide Warranty, giving you extra peace of mind when traveling.
